My grief journey has been profound, and I am awakening to a new way of being. 

I am grateful to have finally answered the call to help people heal with an uncommon variety of vulnerability, courage and acceptance.

I am a trained shadow worker and life-long student of breathwork, mindfulness and grounding presence. 

Authenticity and commitment, combined with a healthy dose of mischief and adventure can be found in my 26 year relationship with my wife, a successful 18-year sales career and countless excursions on bikes, skis, crampons or trail shoes.

I am incredibly honored and humbled to be the proud father of two amaZing children, Ben and Zenzi. They are foREVer my teachers and I revel in delight at the thought of what’s to come.
